  • Australia Day Weekend

    24th Jan - 27th Jan

    Kick off 2025 with camping with the kids and celebrate Australia Day in the bush. Location is TBA but will include an excursion to a local attraction, campfire (where permitted) games and activities while enjoying the aussie bush.

  • March Long Weekend

    8th Mar - 10th Mar

    Water weekend, heading to the coast we pitch up and explore our coastline. This will be a bit further afield than usual, but gives the kids the ability to enjoy the water and change of scenery.

  • Anzac Day Weekend

    25th Apr - 27th Apr

    In keeping with Anzac Day, we meet up at a location for the 11am service and pay our respects. Following on from this, we make our way to camp and setup and keeping with the theme of Anzac by doing a team building activities, make/ eat food that the soldiers would have eaten and do some stargazing.

What is Dad’s Camp?

Dad’s camp (DC) came about after several conversations with like minded fathers wanting to explore the outdoors with their child/ren but did not have the confidence to do it own… so Dad’s Camp was born! The aim of DC is for Dad’s to venture out into the outdoors with our kids and learn new skills, bond with their child/ren and meet like minded fathers who can share experiences and ideas.

DC is designed to cater for all levels of experience campers, with many dad’s sharing the equipment and tools removing the need to purchase many items. Cost vary, but we do make an effort to keep costs to a minimum. If your interested in camping and want to experience the outdoors and make memories / friends, then come and join us on one of our planned trips.
